Pledge Manager Closing and Gilded Pages!

It has been a while since our last update, and we have a couple of items to share with you. We have been busy with conventions and have not had as much time as we would like to keep you informed, so our apologies. But we are closing in on the start date for manufacturing all of this! So again, thank you.
Pledge manager access will close on 4/12/2024—that is, next Friday! We are currently at 93% completion of backer surveys, so the final 7% have a week to complete them before we lock everyone's access.
To show our gratitude to you all, we decided to manually unlock one of the stretch goals we did not reach during the campaign: Gold Gilding on the page edges.
Each book will get this upgrade for free. We loved the gold edges available as a stretch goal, so since we raised more than our goal, we chose to spend the extra on embellishing the book for everyone.
Once we receive our products from all our manufacturers and check them over to make sure they are up to our standards, we will begin informing everyone about the shipping details. We are still estimating shipping to happen around August of this year.
Around that time, we will reopen the pledge manager and notify everyone so you can confirm your shipping address and pay for shipping. We are trying to delay charging for shipping until we are much closer to the actual shipment date so we can accurately calculate the cost without having to over estimate or over charge you.

First, we again can't thank you enough. We are three weeks past the successful funding of Hortus: a Coloring book from the Garden of Erica Williams, and a lot has been happening behind the scenes here to move this project forward. We would love to share some updates about the Pledge Manager and Preorder Store with you, which are both now open.
Emails are going out for our pledge manager, handled through BackerKit. They are going out in waves, so keep your eyes open for your pledge manager link in your inbox this next week. If you have not received one by Feb 23rd, please contact us.
In the manager, you can input your supporter name (If you wish to be listed in the acknowledgment section) and finalize any options relevant to your items, such as your garment size if you backed a t-shirt reward.
You will also be able to add on any of the campaign's add-ons if there is anything you missed the chance to grab during the campaign.
To guarantee that your name will be included in the book's acknowledgment section, please fill out the survey sooner rather than later.
We currently do not have your rewards' shipping prices entered in the pledge manager, and won't be charging for shipping at this time. We plan to wait until closer to fulfillment to enter the rates, to get you the most accurate/fair fulfillment prices. We will update everyone (Here and in an email) after entering those shipping prices before we charge you in BackerKit. Shipping is still on schedule to be fulfilled in August.
One of the previously unlocked stretch goals was a two-color screen print of the cover art. We liked this print and decided to offer the Hortus Screen Print as an optional add-on in case you wanted to have the art print, despite our failure to reach our goal. It is a 7x9", 2-color print (white and gold), using eco-friendly inks on soft touch black paper, and printed by Triple Stamp Press.
It is priced at $20, and you can add to your pledge in your pledge manager. If you are familiar with our existing series of two-color screen print minis, this print will be our newest addition.
Along with the Pledge Manager opening, we have also opened a preorder store for anyone who may have missed the Kickstarter window but would still like to be a backer. This preorder store will stay open for a while, and we will make an announcement before it closes. You can access it via the button at the top of this page or by following this link.
If you backed the project during the campaign, please add any extras you may want through your Pledge Manager and not in the preorder store. This is so duplicate shipments don't end up being created for you.

As the Campaign for Hortus ends, it is with great joy and appreciation that we thank you for your support in helping fund this project! We are excited to be moving forward with offering my first coloring book, which would not have been possible without the many kind souls who suggested we make one and pledged to the campaign; you make magic real. We truly could not have made this without you. Your support means the world to us, and we hope you will love and enjoy these books when they arrive.
We are now moving into production of the rewards for the campaign and will be offering additional items through Backerkit. You will be given access to your Backerkit account in the coming weeks, and a further update for Backerkit will follow. We request that you review your pledge information, especially your name as we plan to include a list of our supporters in the back of Hortus.
